How we pack
A nineties big box is thirty-year-old cardboard: it does not forgive knocks or pressure. Every order ships in a custom rigid box, with the game wrapped in bubble wrap, padded corners and filler so nothing moves inside.
If you order several games they travel in the same parcel, separated from each other.

We pack within 1-2 working days of receiving payment and email you the tracking number as soon as it ships.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return your order, no explanation needed. Write to us first and we will send you the instructions.
The game must come back in the same condition it left in, with the same protective packaging. We refund the price of the game through the original payment method within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage is at your expense unless the problem is ours: if the item is not as described or arrives damaged, we pay.
If it arrives damaged
Photograph the parcel and the game before fully unpacking it and write to us the same day. We will sort it out with no argument: full refund or, if we have something equivalent, a replacement.
