What we collect and why
- If you buy: name, address, email and phone, to prepare and deliver your order and meet our tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- If you write to us: name, email and the message itself, to reply. Legal basis: your consent.
- If you ask for arrival alerts: your email, to tell you when something matching arrives. Legal basis: your consent. Unsubscribe by replying to any email.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never pass through our server.
How long we keep it
Order data for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Contact messages and alert sign-ups until you ask us to delete them.
Embedded videos
Game listings and, when enabled, the homepage background show videos hosted on YouTube. They are served from youtube-nocookie.com, Google's domain without tracking cookies. On listings the video does not load until you press play; the homepage background, when present, loads with the page. In both cases Google receives your IP address and your browser's technical details, as with any embedded content.
Cookies
This site uses one first-party technical cookie (`rbb_session`) to keep your cart and session. It is essential for the shop to work and needs no consent. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to us and we will handle it. If you think we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
